A 20-minute call with your administrator or activities director. We walk through the program, answer questions, and confirm whether the partnership is a good fit.

A two-page agreement covering revenue share, scheduling, consent protocols, and privacy. No exclusivity required.

You Get a Unique Referral Link

We create a dedicated landing page for your facility at thelivinglegacyproject.net/facility/your-facility. Share it in welcome packets, on your website, or through your team's conversations with families.

Sessions Begin

We coordinate the schedule with your activities team. Sessions are self-contained: our guide arrives on-site, conducts the session, and departs. We need only a quiet room.

You Receive Your Revenue Share

For each enrolled family, your facility receives a revenue share paid directly to you. We handle all billing and collection, and you just receive your portion.

Facility FAQs

Do residents or families pay the facility anything?

No. Families pay The Living Legacy Project directly for the subscription. Your facility simply receives a referral revenue share for each family enrolled through your unique link.

Does the session guide need to be supervised by our staff?

No. Our guides operate independently within your facility. We coordinate the session room and timing with your activities team in advance, then conduct the session on our own. Your staff can be present if they choose, but it is not required.

What if a resident has cognitive decline? Can they still participate?

It depends on whether they can still recall and speak their own life stories. That's the core requirement. If the family and your facility both agree the resident is able to participate, we'll assess carefully during the first session. If story gathering turns out not to be viable, if the storyteller can't recall or speak their stories, we'll let everyone know promptly and the family can cancel at that point with no penalty. We never push forward when it isn't working.

How is resident privacy protected?

All session recordings go directly into the family's private, password-protected archive. No content is shared, published, or used in any way without explicit written consent from the family. Our privacy protocol is available for review during the partnership call.

What does my activities team actually need to do?

Very little. They help introduce the program to residents and families, confirm the session room and time, and let our guide in when they arrive. We handle everything else.

Is there any cost or financial risk to the facility?

None. The program costs your facility nothing. You earn a revenue share for referrals with no minimum, no requirement to promote the program in any specific way, and no penalty if enrollments are slow.
