About The Living Legacy Project
A mission of legacy preservation and helping assisted family homes
Every person carries a lifetime of memories — stories shaped by love, resilience, and the quiet moments that define who we are. At the Living Legacy Project, we believe these stories deserve to be preserved, protected, and passed down with care. Families change, generations shift, and the world moves quickly, but the voice of an elder is a gift that should never fade.
The Living Legacy Project was founded in 2025 by Trevor Collinson and Diana Nicorici with a shared purpose: to offer families and long-term care communities a gentle, meaningful way to safeguard their residents’ memories and personal histories. Trevor, inspired by the legacy of his grandmother, envisioned a way to honor the stories that often go unheard until it’s too late. Diana, with deep expertise in long-term care and Adult Family Homes, brought the compassion, clinical understanding, and industry insight needed to serve residents and care providers with dignity.
Together, they built a project focused on something simple and profoundly human — helping elders feel valued, heard, and remembered. Through thoughtful legacy-preservation solutions designed for long-term care facilities and Adult Family Homes, we make it easier for families to stay connected, even across distance and time. Our work supports overwhelmed caregivers, busy AFH operators, and families seeking comfort in knowing their loved one’s memories are being honored with intention.
At its heart, the Living Legacy Project is about preserving what truly matters: the wisdom of a generation, the character of a life well-lived, and the stories that deserve a place in the family’s future.
This is more than memory keeping.
It’s continuity.
It’s dignity.
It’s legacy — protected for the people who will one day look back and say, “This is where we come from.”
