No. Billing is month-to-month. Cancel before your next billing date and you pay nothing further. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.
Your archive stays with you. All sessions already recorded remain accessible in your family portal permanently. Cancellation stops future sessions. It doesn't remove anything you've already captured.
Yes. Contact us at any time and we'll update your cadence at the start of your next billing cycle.
If a session can't be arranged in a given month due to your loved one's health or facility scheduling, we will not charge you for that month.
No. Family portal access is unlimited. You can share with every family member: children, grandchildren, cousins, at no extra cost.
