Your Caregivers Are Already There. Help Families Capture What Matters Most.

In-home care agencies and private duty caregivers spend more time with seniors than almost anyone. You see the stories that haven't been told, the histories that are quietly fading. A partnership with The Living Legacy Project gives the families you serve a way to act on that feeling before it's too late.

The stories are there. Families just need a way to capture them.

In-home caregivers develop some of the closest relationships in a senior's life. They hear the old stories. They witness the moments families miss. And they often see families carrying that quiet regret about not preserving those stories while they still can.

A partnership with The Living Legacy Project gives you something genuinely meaningful to pass along to those families. Not a product pitch. A professional service that captures life stories in a structured, guided way before the window closes.

You're already trusted by families. In-home care agencies are invited into the most private spaces in a family's life. That trust makes a referral from you far more meaningful than a cold marketing message.
Sessions work in the home. Our guides come to the senior's home, which is where your clients already are. The environment they're comfortable in is ideal for story gathering.
Revenue share at no cost to your agency. Your agency earns a referral fee for each enrolled family. No minimum, no paperwork, no changes to how you operate.

A Program Worth Mentioning to Every Family

Something Deeply Meaningful to Offer

Legacy story sessions are one of the most personal, lasting gifts a family can give a senior. Introducing it reinforces that your agency is thinking about the whole person, not just daily care tasks.

Revenue Share for Your Agency

Your agency receives a revenue share for every family that enrolls through your referral link. Automatic, no invoicing, paid directly to you.

Stronger Family Loyalty

Families who feel their agency is looking out for their loved one's full wellbeing are more loyal, more likely to refer, and more likely to expand care hours over time.

Differentiates Your Agency

Most in-home care agencies offer similar core services. A legacy story partnership gives you something distinctive to mention in consultations and client materials that competitors can't easily replicate.

Zero Coordination Burden

You make the introduction. We schedule directly with families, conduct sessions on our own, and deliver everything to the family. No time or logistics required from your team.

Privacy Protected

Full written consent from the senior and family before any session begins. Content is never shared or published without explicit authorization. A process your agency can feel confident recommending.

How the In-Home Care Partnership Works

1

Introduction Call

A 20-minute call with your agency owner or care coordinator. We walk through the program, how in-home sessions work, revenue share details, and any questions your team has. No commitment required.

2

Simple Partnership Agreement

A two-page agreement covering revenue share, consent protocols, and privacy. No exclusivity required on either side.

3

You Get a Unique Referral Link

We create a dedicated referral link for your agency. Share it in intake packets, follow-up emails, or through your caregivers' conversations with families. Enrollments are tracked automatically.

4

Sessions Happen in the Senior's Home

Our guide schedules directly with the family and comes to the senior's home. Sessions are conducted at a pace and time that works for them, in the environment they're most comfortable in.

5

You Receive Your Revenue Share

For each enrolled family, your agency receives a revenue share paid directly to you. We handle all billing and collection on our end.

In-Home Care FAQs

No. Our guide schedules directly with the family and arrives independently. If a caregiver happens to be on shift during a session, they're welcome to be present, but it's not required. We work around your team's existing schedule.
It depends on whether they can still recall and speak their own life stories. That's the core requirement. If the family agrees the senior is able to participate, we'll assess carefully during the first session. If story gathering turns out not to be viable, we'll let everyone know promptly and the family can cancel at that point with no penalty. We never push forward when it isn't working.
Most agencies mention it during intake or a care review conversation, something like: "We also have a partnership with a company that captures life stories for families. A lot of families find it really meaningful while their loved one is still able to share their memories." It's a referral, not a sales pitch. You're passing along information, not making an ask.
Each partner agency gets a unique referral link. Any family that enrolls through that link is tracked automatically, and revenue share is paid directly to your agency. No invoicing or tracking on your end required.
None. The partnership costs your agency nothing. There's no minimum referral requirement, no exclusivity, and no financial risk of any kind. You earn a revenue share when families enroll, and there's no penalty when they don't.
It goes through the agency's referral link. Agencies are welcome to set up any internal incentive they want for caregivers who introduce the program to families, but all revenue share is tracked and paid at the agency level.
